How we price a borehole
We price every job from the ground up. Our quote tool reads the Department of Water and Sanitation’s monitoring boreholes, drilling records and water tests around your plot, then applies current drilling rates for your area. That is why you see the likely depth, the water level and what is in the water before anyone drives out. A site visit then confirms the spot, the depth and the final price before any drilling starts.
How these pages are made
Every number on this site comes from a named source: government groundwater records supplied by the Department of Water and Sanitation, current driller price lists (checked 12 October 2026), the South African drinking-water standard SANS 241, and laws, notices and city rules linked at the foot of each page. We update a page when its numbers change and show the date at the top.
